INVITATION TO PUBLIC MEETING
ReplyDeleteThe eThekwini Municipality has proposed the undertaking of two strategic projects in the Greater Cato Ridge Area aimed at encouraging economic development of various scales and nature. The first project, referred to as the Outer West Corridor Study involves an assessment of development potential and future development scenarios which would also indicate specific infrastructural needs for the area. The second project involves a Local Area Plan (LAP) involving an assessment of identified built and natural environmental constraints/opportunities on future development.
Graham Muller Associates were appointed as lead consultants for the abovementioned projects with RCR Collaborative sub contracted for town planning services and Arup (Pty) Ltd sub contracted for environmental and transport consulting services.
This phase of the project is referred to as the Outer West Corridor Conceptual Framework phase.
